Love the bracelet. Had a quality issue with the first one sent and they sent a replacement immediately. It’s an adorable bracelet, but for the love of all that’s holy, don’t let it get twisted. I threw it in a travel jewelry bag for a weekend trip and nearly lost my religion trying to get it untangled and the little bars back in place. Store it completely flat or hanging. Otherwise, I love it!

I purchased a bracelet at Christmas time. When I wore it last month it became twisted and really did not look right when I tried to wear it again. Sent an email with pictures asking for a repair or replacement. Without any questions a replacement was put in the mail for me within a few days. Amazing!!
